This Cult is a Dog From Hell

This is my report into the Black Rebel Rifter Club and the Church of Miura Bull. A movement or cult that some reporters call BULLOLOGY. I am the alter-ego and man on the outside, this work is in no way associated with Miura Bull and/or his directors, or Black Rebel Rifter Club or any of its members. One day I sat down by the window and cracked open a beer and looked into the paperwork and data I had collected, hundreds of pages of mind numbing paperwork. I sat back, chugged on the beers and what came to mind I put to paper (or screen, if you wish). This is rough and ready and mostly unedited. I recommend you go grab a beer, or a coffee, or cup of tea, or whatever.

It started as an accident, a one-man event, it wasn't meant to be like this. Or was it? Was this the plan all along? Is this Cult brainwashing even those at its highest levels? Is it possible to brainwash the brainwashed. Who are these annoying dudes in their frigates and what are they doing in MY New Eden? What is this FIREBRAND way of laughing in the face of  DANGER? Tossing aside the doctrine of a thousand other corporations and SLAMMING down their own fucked up ways and rules. And. And, succeeding. What? How? It is so simple that it shouldn't really work. What is the appeal?

Who is this Miura Bull? Why should I care? A self proclaimed SUPREME LEADER. His team of puppets make me sick to my stomach, is he just a master puppeteer or do the puppets work their own strings? Kaeda Maxwell, the head of a powerful crime family, fingers in all the pies, business dealings and market manipulations. I have seen the lengthy trails of data on this family, actually I don't even know for sure who is the head. There's probably a MAXWELL spawning as I write this, somewhere.

Who else is 'employed' at the top of the cult?

Doctor Genocide, a quiet man, quiet but sinister. The kind of guy who would offer to mow your lawn and then set fire to your shed. My investigative work has shown that Doctor Genocide has been a loyal follower and henchman to Miura Bull for some time now, is he even a doctor? Their employment histories are worryingly matched. It is rumoured Doc, as he is known to his close friends, is a wealthy backer of the Cult movements of Miura Bull. Over the years mysterious donations have shown up on public records and statements, ships and equipment have been funded by Doc. Little is known where the money comes from. Doc is thought to be one of Miura Bull's closest allies in New Eden.

Lhorenzho. My work has led me to believe that this man is actually a thorn in the side of the Cult. A last resistance to the inevitable, but key to the movement, a father figure and go-to man who is much liked by those in the corporation. Rumours of a planned (and failed) escape via jump clone technology could not be confirmed or denied by Lhorenzho's office. Another wealthy backer of the Cult despite his known objections to some of the schemes and practices. Or is he? Is this all a public front? A more detailed look into this man is definitely needed.

Saftsuze is a playboy, a high-rolling man of mystery, an intergalactic superstar and moustache aficionado. This all sounds messed up, I can hear you saying. Correct. This man is a murderous pirate. When I first looked this guy up I was expecting him to be a spacecar racing driver or something. He lives the glamour lifestyle and is a self-styled pretty boy. This is all a front, a clever decoy. I don't know what his exact role is within the Cult but records indicate he is one of the longest serving members.

Peri Simone, according to my records is but a humble vending machine repairman. Killfeed data would suggest otherwise. A strong-minded man who is known amongst the Cult circuit as a leader of fleets, pilots will flock like flies around shit to this man's fleets. This kind of thing feeds the Cult and is a poison on society as his murderous bees sting and plough their way through civilized space.

Joe Struck appears to be the Mr Nice Guy of the puppets. He is artistic, a clever man but also a cold-blooded killer when he needs to be. It is rumoured he has close ties to the head of a secret fighting society. My findings would lead me to believe that Joe Struck is quite a reserved man, what Miura Bull has planned for Joe Struck's service is not clear. I am also led to believe that Joe is the propaganda machine and spin doctor of the Cult.

Salisar Salubrious is a feared griefer, a pirate, he is a known face in the highsec asteroid belts, he is ruthlessly efficient in the art of murder. But he does not stop there, anything in lowsec is also feed to the man that has been labelled The Dingo in some New Eden news feeds. It is thought that Salisar is a keen student in the art of the mind trick and is a man of exceptional wealth.

There are others whose names I have here. Duke Thunderhorse is a former puppet of the Cult, he appears to have severed ties with the movement at the time of writing but his employment history is patchy. Attempts at contacting Duke Thunderhorse for further interview were unsuccessful.

Syclone Tracy is another man who has been on the board of brainfeed in the past. A brief stint away from the corporation on business dealings has seemingly left him off the board, so to speak. However, data available to me would suggest that Syclone is still a powerful part of the Cult and a much liked member.

So what is feeding this Cult beyond that of the puppets at the top?

Cults, wonderful on the outside but on the inside are very manipulating. Cult leaders are desperate to trick people into joining, or at least have their puppets do this work for them. They are after your obedience, your time, your loyalty, your mind and your money.

Cults use sophisticated mind control and recruitment techniques that have been refined over time. Beware of thinking that you are immune from cult involvement, R1FTA has millions of members and followers around New Eden who once thought they were immune, and still don't know they are in a cult! This Cult does not just include its members on the roster, oh no, its web stretches far and wide, its thorns penetrate deep into the very heart of your being. To spot a cult you need to know how they work and you need to understand the techniques they use. The promise of state of the art communications platforms, community message boards, killboards, free ships and equipment, camaraderie, friendship, it is all a mind trick. As soon as you sign up you are effectively plugged into the brainfeed.

In the Church of Miura Bull mythos, the fictional '5th Invasion Fleet' is said to be one of the most powerful galactic fleets still active. Church founder Miura Bull describes it as:

"Various frigates, fucking thousands of them, united into a very vast fleet which stretches from one stargate to the next..... this fleet has come forward up through the last 300,000 years, formed out of the fragments of earlier fleet doctrines. In the last 10,000 years or so they have gone on with a sort of decadent kicked-in-the-head approach.... the fleet contains Rifters that shoot mini Blackbirds out of their autocannons but their jam cycles are reversed and instead of JAMMING the enemy they fire rainbows that distort and confuse every single racial jammer in the game, rendering them useless, it is like an ECM ECM or something. All the fleet members wear black flight helmets and white suits when in combat. Planetside members wear strange hats and they talk in foreign tongues, they communicate mainly via a keyboard that has a waterproof sleeve— this 'fleet' looks almost like an exact duplicate of every damned blob fleet in today's New Eden, but it is laced and twisted with evil and is meant to be an image of what THEY will become"

I don't really have words for this. The above is from the mind of a mad man. His followers actually believe this crap too. They are bred on the diet of small gang warfare and they are taught that should they fall by the wayside that they will end up flying tackle in the 5th Invasion Fleet. It is this kind of fear that drives the members of Miura's Cult to abide by the rules of honour.

Let's take a deeper look into the misconceptions of the Cult of Miura Bull and R1FTA.

R1FTA pilots are easy to spot, they wear strange clothes and live in space communes.

Well some do. But most are everyday people like you and me, don't let the capsuleer status fool you. They live in private quarters in vast corporate hangars and for the most part enjoy a luxurious lifestyle and standard of living. They wear the same clothes, mostly, some fashion themselves on whatever craze their SUPREME LEADER is currently sporting. They eat the same food. Cult leaders don't want you to know that you are being recruited into a cult and so they order their recruiters to dress, talk and act in a way that will put you at ease. R1FTA directorship has even invented a phrase to describe this, they call it "being relatable"....

R1FTA is full of the weak, weird and emotionally unstable.

Not true. Many cult members are very intelligent, attractive and skilled. The reality is that all sorts of people are involved in R1FTA. from the top to the bottom. One of the few common denominators is that they were often recruited either at the start of or at a low point in their eve career.

R1FTA is just a breeding ground for a bunch of religious nut cases.

This is a common mistake people make thinking that cults are purely religious groups. The modern definition of a mind control cult refers to all groups that use mind control and the devious recruiting techniques that this report exposes. The belief system of a religion is often warped to become a container for these techniques, but it is the techniques themselves that make it a cult. In a free society people can believe what they want, but most people would agree that it is wrong for any one to try to trick and control people. The people in the Church of Miura Bull all share their love for the frigate, they worship it and this very bond to a certain play style is ideal for manipulation and control.

R1FTA pilots call all other groups cults.

"Those god damned hippies over in Bosena, RANSM, look at them worshipping that bald-headed fucker and his live stream, those guys are nothing but thugs, brainwashed I tell you!" An excerpt from a diary labelled 'Lhorenzho: My Time in Molden Heath', which was mysteriously discarded in the waste disposal sector of the Pator Tech School in Heild.

Further.

The Church of Miura Bull is one of the most controversial new movements to have arisen in New Eden. It has often been described as a cult that financially and emotionally defrauds and abuses its members, charging exorbitant fees that are hidden in the form of regular donations. These fees pay for the upkeep of the corp, its spiritual services and its propaganda and war machine. Critics say that members are often press-ganged into joining, a high percentage of members were once victims at the other side of the gun, traumatised they often sign up out of fear. The Church of Miura Bull has consistently used litigation against such critics, and its aggressiveness in pursuing its foes has been condemned as harassment, they are keen advocates of destruction and have an active membership who partake in events across the cluster from Hulkageddon to Ganked roams and many more public events. Further controversy has focused on Miura's belief that clones reincarnate (beyond the normal means) and have lived in other corporations before fulfilling their service and becoming a paid up member of R1FTA. "Every other corporation is a holding pen before the NIRVANA" a drunk and rambling Miura Bull was once heard as saying, "Nobody who comes here ever really leaves".

Unless of course they are forced out.

Many members have fallen into the gutter, Miura's toys are exactly that, his toys, his evil little playthings. A bad egg is easily kicked and forgotten about.

"if [a member] was considered to be in contempt, or is disliked or anything like that, a big mouth, a cocksure, you get the drift? [he was] simply fried since there was a curtain of some weird laser material in MB's office which went clear across the front of his desk and if any of those little fuckers would try and cross that line they were fried, man... or that is what he said happened, I dunno, I'm not saying he pushed them into the field or anything" -- Lhorenzho.

The Commercial Success of R1FTA and the Devil is the Cash Cow.

Cults that use commercial gain as their base are called "cults of greed", is R1FTA a cult of greed? I dunno. Cults of greed will promise you that if you join them and follow their special programme for success then you will become very rich. Often they will hold up their leader as an example and explain that if you do what he says then you will be successful too. Commercial cults use mind control to get you working for them for free, and to make you pay for an endless stream of motivational holoreels, out of corp videos, skillbooks and seminars all of which are supposedly designed to help you succeed and become a killer combat pilot, but in reality are designed to enhance the cult's mind control environment and keep you believing in their almost impossible dream of success. Of course they never mention that the primary way the leaders make money are by selling these motivation materials to their group! I can not confirm or deny, looking in from the outside that R1FTA is selling any of this material to its members. But I do suspect there is some level of this activity on their forums.

Self Help & Counselling for the Concerned New Eden Business Sector

Cults that use "self help" or counselling or self improvement as their base often target business people and corporations. By doing their courses and seminars and buying their products they claim you and your staff will become more successful. Business people locked away in hotel rooms are subjected to quasi-religious indoctrination as they play strange games, join in group activities, and share their innermost thoughts with the group. Once you have completed one course you are told you need to do the more advanced course, which naturally costs more than the last. These cults will sometimes request that you do volunteer work and that you help recruit your friends, family and work mates. These groups specialise in creating powerful emotional experiences which are then used to validate your involvement in the cult. The religious overtones are couched in terms which don't sound religious. They usually come to the surface as you near the end of a seminar. Many people have been bankrupted by involvement with these cults. Rumours that the Maxwell Empire is based on self help and counselling business methods are as yet unconfirmed.

Miura Bull's Mind Control

Mind Control is a suite of psychological techniques that cult leaders attempt to control their members with. Miura Bull is a master of mind control.

I do not consider Mind Control to be some magical device which can take away peoples' free will. In other words it does not turn people into some sort of remote control robot. Rather we see Mind Control as a dishonest influence placed covertly on cult members by the cult. So instead of Mind Control being some sort of irresistible force like the aliens in the movies that take over peoples minds, rather it is more like a gun and Miura Bull is holding the gun, it is a big gun. Miura points the Mind Control "gun" at a member and says, "if you leave us then you will lose access to all of your friends and family and chat channels will be removed", "if you don't conform then you will go to Highsec or the Invasion Fleet", "if you don't give us money then you will fail in business".

I have broken Mind Control up into a series of techniques that R1FTA use. Together these techniques make up Mind Control.

Deception

A cult needs to recruit and operate using deception. Why?
Because if people knew their true practices and beliefs beforehand then they would not join. A cult needs to hide the truth from you until they think you are ready to accept it.

For example, imagine if the leader of some FASHION HOUSE DICK CHOP cult was open and honest about the group and had said to new recruits, "Join us, wear strange clothes, get castrated and then drink poison!" he would not have had many takers. Such is life. How does Miura Bull deceive his recruits? He certainly does not tell them they will "Wear strange clothes, lose billions, wreck your killboard, donate millions and then drink poison".

Miura Bull employs a slick and well-rehearsed Public Relations front which hides what the group is really like. You will hear how he helped the poor, or supported research into new mining vessels, or ways of peace in highsec, or the environment. They will tell you how happy you will be in their group (and everyone in the cult will always seem very happy and enthusiastic, mainly because they have been told to act happy and will get in trouble if they don't). But you will not be told what life is really like in the group, nor what they really believe. These things will be introduced to you slowly, one at a time, so you will not notice the gradual change, until eventually you are practicing and believing things which at the start would have caused you to run a mile to the nearest stargate.

Exclusivism

A normal organisation or corporation would not have any trouble with you moving to another similar organisation as long as you stayed in that same 'circle'. Because it is the belief system that matters, not membership in an organisation. For example if you were a member of GATE CAMPING CORP 'A' then you could move from one CAMPING brotherhood to another and then to another and still be considered ONE OF THEM.

However cult leaders will tell you can only be "saved" (or can only be successful) in their organisation alone. No other organisation has the truth, all others miss the mark. So it is not the belief system that decides your future, but it is the belief system AND your membership with that particular group.

The cult leaders need to make you believe that there is no where else you can go and still be saved, and if you ever leave the "one true Church of Miura Bull" then you are going to hell or highsec or SOV warfare. This is a fear based control mechanism designed to keep you in the cult. It also gives the cult leaders tremendous power over you. If you really believe that leaving the group equals leaving God (Miura) (or means you are leaving your only chance to succeed in life), then you will obey the cult leaders even when you disagree with them instead of risking being kicked out of the group. Exclusivism is used as a threat, it controls your behavior through fear.

Fear and Intimidation

Cult leadership is feared. To disagree with leadership is the same as disagreeing with God himself, not Miura, the other one, whichever one you follow. The cult leaders will claim to have direct authority from (Miura) to control almost all aspects of your life. If the cult is not a religious group then questioning the leaders or program will still be seen as a sign of rebellion and stupidity. In Miura's Cult, you don't question what his dictators tell you.

Guilt, Character Assassination and Breaking Sessions. Guilt will be used to control you. Maybe the reason you're not making killmails is because you're not "with the programme". Maybe the reason you're not able to convert new recruits is because "your heart is prideful and full of sin". It could never be that the programme isn't working, or those new recruits have valid reasons for not joining. It's always your fault, you are always wrong, and so you must try harder! You will also be made to feel very guilty for disobeying any of the cult's written or unwritten rules.

Character Assassination is used to help create the guilt in you. Character Assassination is a type of false reasoning used by people and groups who have no real arguments. The technical name for Character Assassination is "The Ad hominem Fallacy".

Breaking sessions are when one, two or more cult members and leaders attack the character of another person, sometimes for hours on end. Some cults will not stop these sessions until their victim is crying uncontrollably or reaching for the Vitoc.

Love Bombing and Relationship Control

Cults know that if they can control your relationships then they can control you. Whether we like it or not we are all profoundly affected by those around us. When you first go to a cult they will practice "love bombing", where they arrange instant friends for you. Often disguised as a fleet invite. It will seem wonderful, how could such a loving group be wrong! But you soon learn that if you ever disagree with them, or ever leave the cult then you will lose all your new "friends". This unspoken threat influences your actions in the cult. Things that normally would have made you complain will pass by silently because you don't want to be ostracised. Like in an unhealthy relationship love is turned on and off to control.

Cults also try to cut you off from your friends and family because they hate others being able to influence you. A mind control cult will seek to manoeuvre your life so as to maximize your contact with cult members and minimize your contact with people outside the group, especially those who oppose your involvement. Beware of instant friends!

Information Control

Those who control the information control the person. In a mind control cult any information from outside the cult is considered evil, especially if it is opposing the cult. Members of R1FTA are told not to read it or believe it. Only information supplied by the cult or approved by its propaganda team is considered true. One cult labels any information against it as "persecution" or "spiritual frigate pornography", another cult calls it "apostate literature" and will expel you from the group if you are caught with it. Cults train their members to instantly destroy any critical information given to them, and to not even entertain the thought that the information could be true. This same process applies to fitting techniques and standard flight practices.

"This one time he linked his fit on battleclinic, man, I tell you, Miura had his face over his desk, he was shouting at the top of his voice NOBODY HERE POSTS THEIR FUCKING FITS TO BATTLECLINIC..... it was a good job he liked him cos he was a nose hair away from getting zapped by the frickin lazers, no joke" -- Unnamed R1FTA member commenting on R1FTA's policy regarding strict ship fitting protocols.

Common sense tells us that a person who does not consider all information may make an unbalanced decision. Filtering the information available or trying to discredit it not on the basis of how true it is, but rather on the basis of how it supports the party line, is a common control method used throughout R1FTA.

Reporting Structure

In a mind control cult like R1FTA you must be careful of what you say and do; "The walls have ears". Everyone is encouraged to watch out for "struggling" brothers and sisters and report what they see to leadership. Often information given in deepest confidence is automatically reported to leadership. Cult leaders will then use this information to convince their members that they have a supernatural link, the trusting member does not suspect the very natural mechanism behind the supernatural revelations they are given.

People in a mind control cult will also hide their true thoughts and feelings, and instead wear a mask which presents them as a perfect cult member. This mask is a defense against being reported to leadership and being punished for not measuring up (cult members never feel like they measure up to the cult's ideals, and yet often believe the other members around them do, when in reality the others feel the same as them). Hence cult members are trained not only to deceive outsiders, but also to deceive their fellow cult members. Rarely can close friendships form in cults, and if they do the cult's leaders may see them as a threat and move those people away from each other. Nothing is allowed that can be more powerful than the cult members' allegiance to the group and it's leaders.

Time Control

Mind control cults keep their members so busy with meetings and activities that they become too busy and too tired to think about their involvement.

Time control also helps the cult keep their members immersed in the manufactured cult environment.

And time control helps keep cult members away from former corpmates, friends and family.

Cult Recruiting Methods

Hyped Meetings

Rather than explain to you what the group believes or what their programme is up front, they will instead insist that you can only understand it if you come to a group meeting or a roam. There everyone around you will seem so enthusiastic that you will start to think there is something wrong with you. They create an environment where you will feel uncomfortable and the only way to become comfortable is to join them. This is an application of controlled peer pressure.

Intense Unrelenting Pressure

They call repeatedly. Meet you in station or in asteroid fields and sometimes even in your own private chat channels. Trick you into fleeting up for only an hour and then lead you into a long study, meeting or talk. They have to keep the pressure on, otherwise you might snap out of the mind control environment they are trying to immerse you in.

They tell you that they are not a cult.

This is a preemptive strike against the warnings from friends and corp members which they know will come. In fact some cults go as far to tell you that Satan will try and dissuade you by sending family members and friends to tell you it is a cult. When this tactic is used then often a warped form of logic occurs in the recruits' mind, the "agents of Satan" do come and tell them that it is a cult. So since the group predicted that would happen, the group therefore must true! Basically if any group tells you that they are not a cult, or that some people call them a cult, then for goodness sake find out why!

Okay, time to wrap this up. I get the sense that people are tapping into my movements, eyes are watching me, I feel like spiders are crawling up my walls. IS this a dream? Who am I?

Some key final pointers. If you are being recruited into R1FTA or one of its umbrella operations (or any other suspected cult for that matter), then check this list, it may save you!

Single charismatic leader.

People always seeming constantly happy and enthusiastic. Especially if you discover that they have been told to act that way for the potential new recruits.

Instant friends.

If you are told who you can or cannot talk to or associate with.

They hide what they teach.

Say they are the only true group, or the best so why go anywhere else.

Hyped meetings, get you to meetings rather than share with you.

Experiential rather than logical.

Asking for money for the next level.

Some cults travel system to system during times when you are home alone. They think that the loner is easy to recruit.

Saying that they have to make people pay for it because otherwise they will not appreciate it. This is of course a very silly reason, plenty of people are able to appreciate things which they did not pay for.

Conclusion

It is the firm conclusion of this report that most of Miura Bull's techniques are those of authoritative hypnosis and as such are dangerous ... the scientific evidence which the report heard from several expert witnesses of the highest repute ... leads to the inescapable conclusion that it is only in name that there is any difference between authoritative hypnosis and most of the techniques of the Cult of Miura Bull, The Church of or any other connective names. Many of his techniques are in fact hypnotic techniques, and Bull has not changed their nature by just changing their names.

Miura Bull's cults are a poison.

Join his Cult and you will become a foul and stinking piece of shit swimming in a bucket of other shits. Stirred by his puppets, his faces, his wealthy backers and donors, wretched beings hellbent on THE DOCTRINE and THE VISION. This MOTHERFUCKER slipped off his cross and is now nailing you to it.
